Return Policy and Proceedure

We want you to love your new artwork!  That is the purpose, after all, to bring a smile to your face!  If it doesn't resonate with you, then we don't want you to feel "stuck" with it.  For that reason, with the exception of custom orders, all metal art cutouts can be returned for an exchange or a full refund of purchase price, less shipping, for any reason within seven days of receipt.  If you are not completely happy with your order, simply give us a call and we can issue a return authorization.  Once you return the artwork and we receive it, we can either ship out your replacement or issue your refund.  Please be sure all orders are returned in original condition and packaged securely to insure no damage during the return trip.  (When you call us, you won't get a rep.; you'll be speaking directly to either me, Karen, or my husband David.)
